Anodizing

Impressive In-House Anodizing Capabilities

Anodizing is an electrochemical process that creates a layer of protection on aluminum material and products.

This strong, lightweight material is perfect for a wide range of applications, and anodizing shields it from wear and corrosion for a more reliable, longer-lasting performance.

Here at VMS, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results for anodizing projects that demand scale, precision, and reliability. Whether you require anodized components for small foodservice items, heavy machinery or industrial equipment, we have the capabilities to bring your vision to life. Partner with us and experience the confidence of working with a trusted OEM manufacturer capable of tackling even the most substantial production demands.

The VMS Advantage

We provide a number of key advantages to help our anodizing clients get ahead of the competition.

Diverse Capabilities

We can handle your large-size, high-volume products with ease. Unlike most anodizing operations, VMS operates two anodizing tanks on both the Type II and Type III lines. Our tanks can accommodate parts up to 5’ wide x 10’ long and allow processing of load sizes larger than 600 square feet.

In-House Value

Keeping your project in-house from start to finish helps you save time and slash production costs. In addition to our custom anodizing capabilities, we offer a whole collection of additional services, so you can go from prototype to production under one roof.

Anodizing 101

Anodizing aluminum is an electrochemical process that creates a layer of protection that makes the lightweight, durable material ideal for applications from automotive parts to bakeware. Working with a supplier that understands the process from prototype to production offers you a better experience and result.

Suppliers that only provide anodizing services may be excellent at anodizing, but they may not be the most efficient choice for the job. A supplier that has a variety of capabilities in-house, such as metal fabrication, racking, tooling, and surface finishing could be the difference between a successful rollout and one that misses the mark.
