Acrylic Fabrication
Superior Acrylic Fabrication Capabilities
Acrylic fabrication is the process of cutting, shaping, and joining acrylic sheets into lightweight, durable parts or products.
Cutting, precision drilling, routing, engraving and more are done with a CNC machine for exceptional precision and consistency.
VMS distinguishes itself in the industry with the size of our CNC machine, which can handle acrylic sheets up to 60" x 96." In addition, we combine our high-quality solvent with a production team that's mastered finishing and polishing techniques for a strong, smooth result that is truly like no other.
The VMS Advantage
We provide a number of key advantages to help our acrylic fabrication clients get ahead of the competition.
Diverse Capabilities
With our large CNC machine, it's easy for us to produce big products that other manufacturers can't. And, even if your product is on the small side, we use only the best solvents and techniques, so we're sure to create a final product that stands out.
In-House Value
Keeping your project in-house from start to finish helps you save time and slash production costs. In addition to our custom acrylic fabrication capabilities, we offer a comprehensive collection of finishing services so you can go from prototype to production under one roof.
Standard and Custom Tooling Options
We'll align our tooling resources with your budget and timeline to get the job done. As a VMS client, you'll be able to choose from our vast collection of current in-house tool dies, or work closely with our tooling engineer to make modifications. If neither of those options work, we'll design and build a brand new tool that perfectly matches your project's unique criteria.
Quality Certifications
Our manufacturing facilities are all ISO certified (ISO 9001), and our team of experts is well-versed in UL, CSA, NSF, ETL, and CE standards.
